Photos, surface area, rent and charges, furnished or not, energy rating (EPC) and availability. You choose short stays, a lease, or both. Once your identity is verified, the listing is reviewed and published.

Receive bookings and applications

For short stays, tenants book dates. For a lease, they apply with a dated file (income, guarantor, household, documents) that you compare against the income-to-rent ratio you require. No more viewings with empty files.
